Quality Repairs

We all want quality repairs when our car or truck is damaged, right? But what exactly does that mean? Recently, I had the unfortunate event of a young man backing his vehicle out of a parking space right into the right front corner of my car. It wasn't heavy damage in fact the repairs only took about 3 days and I had my car back. Still I wanted a quality repair.
