This place is first-rate. The quality of their work is excellent, and my car was ready when they said it would be! Justin gives GREAT customer service. He’s friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about my experience at United Auto Body. I highly recommend them (Pemco does, too!).

Paul Davis in the Parts department is a pleasure to work with, he is knowledgable and efficient at locating parts. He has quickly helped our Business locate parts for an older Saab 9-5 we were working on.

I have used United Auto Body three times now, and their work has always been excellent, right on quote, and right on time. Justin runs the shop in a forthright, professional manner, and treats customers with respect. The last time I had my car in as a result of a rear-end collision, Justin even offered to come pick me up at my office in order to pick up the finished car. I have a soft spot for companies that make customer service a priority and who do top-notch work. I strongly recommend United Auto Body.

Unfortunately this is my second time that I had to take my car in for repairs, but both times United Auto Body served me with outstanding professionalism, customer service and promptness. The person who served me, Justin, remembered me the second time from my previous visit more than a year before and quickly and thoroughly addressed all my questions. They are a top quality repair shop and did superior work in restoring the damaged car to “like new” condition. I would recommend United Auto Body to anyone looking for top quality repairs and great customer service.

My show car was hit by someone backing into it. A shop in Seattle was recommended so I took my car there after a couple of weeks attempting to do the repairs and match the custom color they gave up. A friend recommended that I take it to United Autobody in Issaquah. United did such a great from the beginning Justin took care of dealing with the insurance company to Mark doing the disassembly and reassembly to Frank matching the custom color perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my vehicles to United Autobody, from my daily driver to my show car. Thank guys, great job.
